By accessing or using CityWideFinds you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CityWideFinds is a platform for discovering and listing garage sales and community events. Users can create listings, browse sales in their area, and organize events.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
One person may maintain only one account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit including listing text and photos. By submitting content you grant CityWideFinds a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Listing prohibited, illegal, or stolen items
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Attempting to access other users' accounts
Scraping, crawling, or automated access beyond normal use
Circumventing security measures or rate limits

6. Limitation of Liability

CityWideFinds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the quality of items sold, or any transactions between users. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
