The North Mayfair Improvement Association (NMIA) annual community garage sale on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with 67 participating households across the historic bungalow neighborhood of North Mayfair, Chicago. Boundaries are roughly Cicero to Pulaski (east-west) and Lawrence to Foster (north-south). A community Plant Swap also runs 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on the south side of Palmer Elementary at Argyle Street where neighbors trade extra vegetable seedlings, herbs, and garden plants. Two non-residential pop-ups join the sale: a Belacon Comic & Toy Show, and a Gamblers Bar parking-lot swap meet with drink specials. Held rain or shine.
